Surrender to Lead Pre-Sale Gift with Purchase
Terms and Conditions
Gift with Purchase. Individuals who purchase a copy of the book, Surrender to Lead by Jessica Kriegel and Joe Terry (the “Book”) prior to its scheduled launch on January 27, 2026 (collectively, the “Promotion”) will be offered a spot at the virtual VIP Workshop led by Dr. Jessica Kriegel and Mattson Newell – a $500 value (the “Gift with Purchase”). This Promotion is offered by Partners in Leadership, LLC, a California limited liability company d/b/a Culture Partners.
Promotion Period. The Promotion began on October 1, 2025 and ends on January 26, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). Recipients of the Gift with Purchase will be contacted between January 27, 2026 and February 2, 2026 confirming their spot in the VIP Workshop via the email provided for the presale purchase.
Promotion Eligibility/Participation. The Promotion is open to individuals who a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other commonwealths, territories and possessions); b) are at least 18 years of age; c) are not current employees or family members of Culture Partners; and d) have purchased a presale copy of the Book during the Promotion Period. Gift with Purchase Rules. Recipients of the Gift with Purchase will receive enrollment information for the VIP Workshop by email before the event.
Each Gift with Purchase recipient will be responsible for paying any applicable federal, state or local taxes, and any expenses or costs. that might be incurred by accepting and attending the VIP Workshop.
The Gift with Purchase is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Culture Partners reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or fraud prevention.
No substitution of the Gift with Purchase is permitted. The Gift with Purchase is non-transferable. No requests for the cash equivalent by recipients are permitted. This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period.
Each Gift with Purchase is offered WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied. You agree that Culture Partner’s decisions related to the Promotion and the distribution of the Gift with Purchase are final. Any recipient of the Gift with Purchase who does not attend the VIP Workshop will be deemed, in Culture Partners’ sole discretion, to have forfeited the Gift with Purchase.
Rights Granted by You. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to receive email notifications periodically from Culture Partners. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the notification.
Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Culture Partners and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Gift with Purchase, (ii) technical failures of any kind caused as a result of receiving the Gift with Purchase or attending the VIP Workshop; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of Internet service which precludes you from accepting the Gift with Purchase or attending the VIP Workshop; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
Additional Terms. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Culture Partners may use any information provided in accordance with its general Privacy Policy, which policy provides ways to opt out of any information sharing. Culture Partners may be required to disclose the information about each Gift with Purchase recipient to state regulatory authorities. You may request the names of Gift with Purchase recipients by emailing [email protected]. Culture Partners reserves the right to change without notice the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion or modify or end this Promotion at any time without notice.
