    5. Effect of Failure to Notify. Any failure by an Entrant to provide prompt Notice under this Section will not automatically forfeit substantive rights; however, it may result in disqualification or loss of the Prize to the extent Sponsor is materially prejudiced in administering the Contest or awarding the Prize.

8. Publicity; Use of Entry
Except where prohibited by law, by entering, Entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the Entry (in whole or in part) for purposes of administering, promoting, and reporting on the Contest. Entrants should not include personal data of third parties in an Entry.

10. Disqualification; Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor may disqualify any Entry or Entrant that Sponsor reasonably determines: (a) violates these Rules; (b) is incomplete, corrupted, or submitted through unauthorized means; (c) involves cheating, tampering, or fraud; or (d) creates risk of harm, liability, or legal noncompliance. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 11. Limitation of Liability; Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrant releases Sponsor from any claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or receipt/use of the Prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or technically corrupted Entries.

12. Governing Law; Venue; California Jurisdiction
These Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Rules must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and each Entrant consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
